The secrets to truly toning up are: proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement. Get all of that right and not only will have abs of steel, but it will also mean a well-supported spine so you will be rock solid and slouch free. Pilates gets even better when paired with simple accessories such as Flex Bands, balls and rollers. It’s really important to make sure you’re wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing and preferably nothing too baggy. Classes are often done barefoot. Mats are provided, but you can bring your own.

A low impact class that focuses on strengthening and toning those key areas – bums, legs & tums. Everybody has them and everybody wants to improve them so this class takes you through a variety of exercises to improve those problem areas using your own body weight and to spice things up – props are sometimes used! With bags of variety, challenges and options for all levels, you’ll use large muscle groups to ensure you burn the maximum amount of calories. The class closes with a 5 minute relaxing cool down. Ab attack iconAb SOLUTE Flex!
A full abdominal 30 minute express workout on the mid section of the body, concentrating on balancing out posture, strengthening, toning and defining the abdominal area with th eadded use of props, e.g, small Pilates chi balls. This class was tailor made to help you unwind, relax your muscles and improve poor movement patterns through a series of stretches in the last 15 minutes of the class to improve flexibility and mobility. Mats are provided and additional equipment when the workout needs an extra blast! You’ll learn to get more from your core!

HIIT workouts are usually short but intense and burn a large number of calories in a short period of time. These short intense workouts are effective for because 1.) First, they build muscle. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.


Pregnancy Pilates


Pregnancy is a time when a woman goes through major changes both physically and emotionally. Pregnancy Pilates is a great form of exercise to prepare for the changes in your body by working to maintain and build those muscles you will need during your pregnancy, labour and most certainly once Baby has arrived. Pilates will assist in strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominals whilst working to maintain good posture and alignment to help avoid injury during pregnancy. Pilates also focuses on concentration, centring and breathing techniques, all of which are useful tools to help a woman through their labour. Suitable for both Pre & postnatal ladies aimed at getting you back into shape and “feeling like you again” following 9 months of pregnancy and those early weeks with a new baby. Attention is paid to Pelvic Floor, Balance, Strength and Flexibility whilst taking into account your differing needs and aims post pregnancy.

Bump 2 FITCAMP  Do you want to regain your pre-baby figure? Well this class is just for you! Post natal exercises to gently get your body back to pre-baby shape. Effective training for postpartum or a new mum. No need to worry about childcare as you exercise with your baby, these exercise classes have been designed with real mums in mind to help get your “sexy” back, gain confidence, have more energy, improve posture and regain abdominal and pelvic floor strength. Babies welcome upto crawling age.

Soul Reviver: This class is to bring the body back into balance, physically, spiritually and mentally. In Soul Reviver the body is treated with care and respect and will improve circulation, breathing, strength, balance and flexibility. By working barefoot through poses and breathing you will become more aware of your body and help focus and relieve you from everyday stresses.

Core Flex: Pilates and flexibility class incorporating resisitance bands to assist with improving flexability with the added use of mini chi balls to develop core strength and stability. 

Silver Sneakers Club: (50yrs+) A low impact session to improve muscle tone, strength, balance and coordination. Invigorating blend of exercises designed for the older adult, comprising of low impact aerobics, conditioning, core work and stretches. Emphasis is put on maintaining posture, range of motion in the joints and bone density.
