POST NATAL FITNESS CLASSES & PRAM-A-CISE

WHF Studios offers a safe place to exercise for Mums- To -Be with qualified instructors who hold a pre & post natal qualification. We aim to reassure, encourage and motivate mums- to- be to stay active fit and strong during all stages of pregnancy.

MUMMY & ME CLASSES- TUESDAYS 11.00-11.45am at Poulton Methodist Church

Mummy & ME fitness Class

A baby friendly class for Mum’s and their little one’s including various Aerobic activities, strength training and core stability exercises to provide a safe and gentle re-introduction to exercise after giving birth.
Classes are run by fully qualified post-natal fitness instructors and Babies are welcome 6 weeks old to pre-crawling age.
Our qualified trainers will be there to give you advice, support and motivation as well as tips to help get you back in shape.
We cater for all fitness levels and abilities.
All we require is that you have had your 6-8 week check-up with your GP or 10 week check up if you’ve had a C-section delivery.
BUT I DON’T HAVE A BABY? Don’t worry, you can substitute your workouts with resistance methods or weights. ALL fitness levels welcome.

Our unique Buggy workouts will

  • Burn off the excess ‘baby fat’ with lots of cardio pushing intervals
  • Tighten and tone your muscles with resistance training
  • Improve core stability for a healthier back and flatter abs
  • Condition your pelvic floor so you can sneeze with ease!
  • Uses your buggy as part of the exercise equipment
  • Reduce the risk of post-natal depression
  • Socialise with your baby and make new friends
Indoor or Outdoor 45 minute POSTNATAL CLASSES designed specifically for mums, using outdoor obstacles such as benches, steps etc as resistance plus flexi-bands. Normally meeting in a local park area. TBC.
